In my situation being new to business and tax returns I literally had no system Leanne was quickly able to sort this out for me. I completely felt out of my depth and didn't realize how unorganized I had been. I had set up my own system with a notebook but I knew I needed more. Leanne was friendly and very easy to chat too and I loved her honesty about my system. First session we met it was draining but, on my part, as it was all new to me. Leanne was able to tell me step by step what was happening and I could see the positives in this learning that I was going to feel empowered and be able to do this myself.
Leanne set Xero up for me and when we gathered all the relevant information needed, we met again before submitting the tax return. Relief OMG !!! I couldn't believe how much stress I had put my body under. when Leanne showed me how the workings of Xero it felt good, and I have been able to go on and check my account and also add items into the petty cash section.
