Meet The Team

Leanne Shaw 

Leanne started Vine Support Ltd in 2020 o support and empower start-ups and entrepreneurs and provide staff with flexible and progressive roles. 4th generation self-employed, you could say business runs in her blood. She has a wealth of business and finance knowledge in a variety of industry types. She volunteers with various local charities and mentors’ young people on their career path. She enjoys networking, travel, yoga, Groove dance and spending time with family especially her grandchildren.

Nikola joined Vine Support in September 2022 and is a great support on the administration side, she has already been involved in several projects for Leanne and her clients. She is currently studying events and festival management at Queen Margaret University and was a winner of a Personal Development Award through Young Enterprise Scotland Programme. 

Her passions include music related events and festivals, she is a member of the university’s music and yoga societies. 

she enjoys networking and supports various events organised by Edinburgh Businesswomen’s Club.

william Kennedy

Billy joined Vine Support in October 2022 and is integral to supporting Leanne to give a prompt and efficient Bookkeeping service to clients. He is currently studying his HND at West Lothian College and is looking to progress on to complete his professional qualifications through the Association of Accounting Technicians. 

Away from work and study his time is spent with his wife and two young children, they enjoy days out exploring historical sites and Castles in Scotland and love caravan holidays together, he is also passionate about football.

Kate Fit 

Kate is graphic and motion designer by profession and a creator at heart. Her work includes motion graphics and animation; explainer videos; corporate and commercial content for social media. With expertise in branding, banners, posters, mood/story boards, pitch decks and other marketing needs. 

In July 2020 she completed the Created Motion Design professional course in London, gaining experience by working on briefs for Puma, Mainframe, Glug and Framestore. Her sociology degree and experience as a coach helps her better understand the audience. 

A huge fan of Star Trek and Sci-fi, RPG and board games enthusiast, she also loves nature, wild swimming, and long walks in the countryside with her dog.
